Embraced by God by Babbie Mason is a wonderful book that is written as a 21 day experience in discovering God's love for you.

Those of us who are Christians sometimes struggle with the concept of how deeply we are loved by God. In this book, Babbie Mason will show you, from the scriptures, just how much each one of us is loved by God. Not just the person next to you in church, but you. I would even recommend this book for someone who is not a Christian but maybe is searching. Some people have had unfortunate experiences with church or Christians that they have known and they only have a view of Christianity being a lot of rules and 'thou shalt nots'. This book will show them God's love.

I very highly recommend this book! It is divided into daily chapters so that you will spend just a short time reading each morning. At the end of each chapter she gives you things to think about and pray about throughout your day. They are not short, one-page, devotionals, but I easily made the time each morning to read my chapter before I started my day. It was an outstanding way to start my day each day for those 3 weeks.

Babbie Mason is a Dove Award-winning and Grammy nominated gospel singer, songwriter, author, creator of the Embrace: A Worship Event for Women ministry, professor of songwriting at Atlanta Christian College and Lee University, and a television talk-show host. She was inducted into the Christian Music Hall of Fame in 2010 and has appeared on numerous national television and radio programs. Babbie has been honored perform for Presidents Gerald Ford, Jimmy Carter, George H. W. Bush, George W. Bush, Lady Margaret Thatcher, Colin Powell, Steve Forbes among many others. Babbie performs a holiday special at Carnegie Hall every year. Babbie lives near Atlanta on a farm with her husband Charles.
