Disclosure Policy

This is very boring, I know, but I need to get some rules and regulations covered for my blog.

Disclosure Policy:

• This blog is a personal blog written and edited by me. This blog does not accept any form of cash advertising, sponsorship, or paid topic insertions. However, we will and do accept and keep free products from companies and organizations. The compensation received will never influence the content, topics or posts made in this blog.

• The owner(s) of this blog is compensated to provide opinion on products, services, websites and various other topics. Even though the owner(s) of this blog receives compensation for our posts or advertisements, we always give our honest opinions, findings, beliefs, or experiences on those topics or products. The views and opinions expressed on this blog are purely the bloggers' own. Any product claim, statistic, quote or other representation about a product or service should be verified with the manufacturer, provider or party in question.

Regarding Contests:

• All rules and directions for entry into giveaway promotions will be specified in each post.
• Any Entrant who does not agree with these rules should not enter giveaway. Entrant must have reached the age of the majority in the state or providence of residence at time of entry.
• Only one entry per email address per household.
• All giveaway winners are drawn randomly using Random.org.
• Winners are announced on this website and notified via email.
• Contests open to US residents only. I do not ship internationally.
  

• Players must submit the required information for each give away which will allow the entrant a chance to win. Entrants will be informed if they are a winner on or after the give away end date. Limit one entry per person. Michelle Vasquez is not responsible for: incomplete, lost, late, damaged, scrambled or misdirected entries or other errors of any kind whether human, mechanical or electronic, which may limit a user’s ability to participate in the giveaway.

• Prize(s) will be assigned to those who have been identified as winners.

• Entrants will be informed at the close of the give away if they are a winner, and if a player is identified as a winner, what prize has been won. Winners will receive their prizes via mail after the give away has completed and winners have been verified. Taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner. Michelle Vasquez assumes no responsibility or liability for any damages, losses, or injury resulting from the acceptance or use of any prize. All prizes are mailed out within 6-8 weeks of announcement of winner.

• Entering the give away is considered a confirmation of eligibility on behalf of the enterer in accord with these rules and any pertaining local/federal/international laws.
